Restorative Stretch
Where massage and gentle yoga inspired stretches fuse to encourage you to reconnect body and mind.
Service Description
Small group class up to 6 people. Bolsters, blocks and blankets are used to support you in a yoga stretch while you receive massage. You will need to be able to get up from the floor, wear comfy clothing and everything else is supplied, but if you prefer to bring your own mat and blanket that is ok. These session will alternate between Drysdale and South Geelong on a monthly basis, go to booking button to see when and where the next one is happening.

To cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours before class starts to avoid the full fee being charged. You may reschedule once and then you will be charged the full fee if you cancel.
